Pat Salame currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Strawberry Fields. She has acquired 278 lots, more than 75 percent of the properties between the future Oklahoma City Boulevard, Shartel Avenue, Interstate 40 and the west boundary of Oklahoma City's Scissortail Park along Hudson Avenue. Mrs. Salame is a former Credit Manager with over 20 years of asset management experience and has a successful record in entrepreneurial pursuits in private enterprise and in partnering with government sectors. She has 14 years of business experience as the owner and operator of both residential and commercial property.

In the late 1990s, Mrs. Salame managed a national portfolio of over $350,000,000 for a national construction equipment rental company.  Salame’s experience with the national company led her to initiate a grass-roots movement for a Uniform Mechanic and Materialman Lien Act.  Salame’s efforts to create a National Uniform Mechanic and Materialman Lien Act landed her a 3-year term on the board of the national ICPC (Improved Construction Practices Committee).  The Uniform Mechanic and Materialman Lien Act was heard at the National Credit Congress and Salame was published in the National Business Credit Manager Magazine. Salame’s strength is her proven ability to recruit leaders and build successful organizations.
